Assessment and Monitoring

Assessment

The Assessment service offers a comprehensive and in-depth analysis, designed for professional athletes and sports enthusiasts.

It represents the starting point of the performance or therapeutic journey because it accurately identifies the areas to be addressed, defines priorities and allows for rigorous personalisation of training and, if necessary, recovery programmes.

The assessment also includes a physiotherapy and clinical-functional component, which is essential for assessing health and movement quality: medical history, pain and load tolerance analysis, assessment of joint mobility (ROM), strength, stability, neuromuscular control and motor patterns, as well as specific tests related to the sport practised. When necessary, objective measures and outcome scales are used to quantify the starting point and define progression and Return to Sport criteria.

The result is an integrated plan of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise and training, based on evidence and data, with clear and verifiable objectives over time.

Monitoring

The Monitoring service guarantees continuous and structured monitoring of the athlete’s progress, transforming a ‘standard’ programme into a truly tailor-made programme.

After the initial assessment, monitoring makes changes measurable, verifies the effectiveness of interventions and guides the necessary adjustments in terms of performance, prevention and/or recovery.

Our approach takes the form of a personalised dashboard that integrates the main indicators of the programme, such as external and internal loads, performance parameters, perception of effort, quality of recovery, any signs of pain or stiffness, and trends in load tolerance. The data is read in an operational manner to identify progress, plateaus, and early signs of overload, and to accurately guide subsequent decisions.

All information is collected in a dedicated private area, which facilitates constant feedback between the athlete and the team. Two-way communication is an integral part of the method: it allows goals to be updated, intensity and volumes to be modulated, and the programme to be dynamically adapted to changing needs, ensuring continuity, control and solid results in the medium to long term.
