About us
The new vision of sport
High Performance Method is a high-performance concept for a new vision of athletic training and functional recovery. A methodology with new training trajectories and dynamics based on reliable scientific assessments. HPM is much more than just a professional gym or rehabilitation centre. It is a training philosophy.
The health dimension of HPM stems from the structured integration of movement science and clinical expertise, with the aim of ensuring safety and measurable results. The programme is not limited to performance, as it includes injury prevention, management of musculoskeletal problems, post-traumatic and post-operative recovery, right up to the return to daily activities and performance. The intervention is based on functional and biomechanical assessments and is developed in synergy with healthcare professionals (specialist doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths) through personalised protocols that combine manual and instrumental therapies with therapeutic exercise and controlled load progressions.
For over 15 years, founders Stefano Maldifassi and Luca Temperini have been experimenting with and developing new assessment and training methods in the world of professional national and international sport (Serie A, Premier League, Ferrari, FISI, FIS, FISG), gathering a wealth of expertise and information that has enabled them to create unique expert programmes.

Mission
